  让我们集中注意力

  当你在主持会议时,及时的集中大家的注意力是至关重要的。最好的开始会议的方式就是给出直接的陈述。"The purpose of this meeting is to decide on the company logo."避免类似以下的间接的陈述,"Well, here's the agenda,"或是"Maybe we should get started."那你会马上失去别人的注意力。

  语气重的单词

  你的老板把每个人叫就办公室商谈一个问题同时也询问了你的意见。将你的回复以"I recommend ..."或是"In my opinion ...."开始。此外, 要用权威性的语气回答,使用 "should" 而不用"could"使语气更强。"In my opinion, we should consider different vendors1" 比"Maybe we could think about different vendors."语气更强。

  强硬的谈话

  如果你想让语气听起来以上的句子更重的话,那就用"I'm positive that ?或是"I really feel that ?来开始,说,"I'm positive that it's the vendor's fault"想听者表示出你对此是非常的肯定。就是说,“我很肯定,那你也应该肯定!”没那么自信的人会说,A"John in Marketing2 said it could be the vendor's fault. I thought he had a good point."

  商务讨论有时会跑题。因此你就需要用一个非常有技巧的方式来让别人重新集中注意力。如果感觉讨论不是很有效率无论在一个大型会议中或是和同事的非正式谈话中,你就可以说,"Let's move on to the next point."这保证了你始终拥有讨论的控制权只要你不用 "Maybe"或是"Um."开始你的讲话。
