Many people, sometimes myself included, tend to judge a person by his appearances.
I was afraid of my uncle who has a scared tattoo on his arm till my mother told me a “story”. When I was a three-year-old naught boy, I always ran around the neighborhood with my toy saber. Unfortunately, one day I hit a wild dog by accident. The dog became crazy and tried to bite me. It was that time my uncle appeared and protected me with his strong arm. However, this accident left a scar on his arm. My uncle went to get a tattoo in order to cover up the scars. From that moment, he is my hero in stead of a bad looking uncle.
So we need to go beyond people's looks and focus on more internal spirits in order to truly judge a person.

Nowadays, working overtime is so common in many companies, especially in foreign companies, private companies, and joint ventures. As far as I am concerned, there are two main reasons of working overtime. For one thing, there is indeed too much work to do. If it is so, the boss should compensate staffs by paying them as overtime salary or giving them vacations. For another, some staffs are not suitable for their positions. In that case, the boss ought to help them to improve their working efficiency. If they are still not qualified, boss may change the positions for them, or to the worst, dismiss them. That's all what I think about working overtime.

Health is most important for any of us. ]n order to stay healthy, we need some common knowledge.
First]y, pay attention to the diet. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables, because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat. As a proverb says, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for health. Don't have a lot of food that contains too much fat, such as butter. Meanwhile, sweets should be eaten in proper quantity, because too much sugar does harm to us. Secondly, exercise is necessary. Regular exercise can help us keep from getting fat. People who do running every day usually have stronger hearts than who don't.
Finally, form good living habits. We should sleep for about 8 hours at night,and never work too hard. Over work and little sleep will lead to illness. What's more, stay away from cigarettes.
These are the things we should pay attention to so as to stay healthy.
