英文简历制作注意事项
一、语言简练不啰嗦
对于求职者来说,目的明确、语言简练是其简历行之有效的基础。在英文简历中能用短句的就不用长句,用词也要简单,少用偏僻的词语。在教育背景、工作经历的写作中,不要为了拼凑篇幅,将所有的信息都写上。这样不会有效果,HR也没心思看。
二、顺序正确不颠倒
英文简历中求职者的基本信息如姓名、性别、出生年月等,与中文简历大体一致。需要注意的是在教育背景的写作上,英文简历要从求职者的最高学历写起。一般来说,如果求职者就研究生,那么先写研究生学历,再到大学本科,至于高中与初中小学则可根据自己的实际情况选择写与不写。
三、技能清楚不含糊
个人工作技能是吸引HR注意的内容之一。因此,要将自己具备的技能写清楚。在时间顺序上亦要遵循由后至前的写作规则,即从当前的工作岗位写起,直至求职者的第一个工作岗位为止。求职者要将所服务单位的名称、自身的职位、技能写清楚。对于应届生来说,要将社会工作细节放在工作经历中,这样能填补工作经验少的缺陷。
