Bad habits start growing on almost every one of us without being noticed. Once we realize the bad habits or once they are pointed out to us, it is a wise decision that we get rid of them immediately. But to get rid of a bad habit is not as easy a thing as we sometimes think. Here is how:

To get rid of a bad habit, it is important that we first get to know how harmful the habit really is. Take the habit of smoking as an example. Obviously, smoking is harmful to one‘s health. It can result in lung cancer and heart attack. Besides, smoking is awasteof money. A heavy smoker spends almost as much money a day as he pays for his own meals. So if he can realize the danger and waste, it is likely that he may stop smoking at once.

To get rid of a bad habit, it is essential that we also have a strong will. Let‘s again take the habit of smoking for example. Many smokers pick up the habit again soon after they give it up. A lot of them cannot tell how many times they have attempted to give up smoking and how many times they have failed to do so. Therefore, it is impossible to get rid of any bad habit if we change our minds constantly.

Although it is not so easy to get rid of a bad habit, many people have succeeded in doing so, setting us good models. We should learn from these models and go out of our way to do away with our bad habits, whatever it takes.

Just enter the examination room,my heart was jumping with fear of tension,exam for the school to lose face.Examination paper a hair down,I was unable to hold oneself back with problem.Only a few questions,they encountered problems.It took me a long time still could not solve it.It was over,all of a sudden,my mind went blank,palm full of sweat,forehead also nervously to sweat.I raise my head and look around,see some students screwed brows andbrooding,and some low head in the "imperfections" in writing,all of a sudden,Ithink of a word the teacher said:"you are not problems,others may not." I secretly told myself,must be calm,to their usual level of play out of it.This worked pretty well,my heart gradually calm down.Sure enough,in the rest of the time,I slowly restored to the normal state,the start problem is much better.However,due to the front of the nervous,too much delay,I haven't had time tocheck,time to.

Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the government. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will be solved in the near future and our home will become better and better.

For instance, it becomes a burden to our inefficient transportation system. Besides, the living standard of the average Chinese is still not high enough to be able to afford the many different sorts of expenses during long distance travels. They have done most of dirty, dangerous and underpaid jobs in heavy industries, construction sites and other fields that city residents are unwilling to enter. They have become an indispensable part of urban life to a point where the machinery of a city connot operate without those cogs, though small and unnoticed. Yet an anti-migrant attitude runs consistently through the mainstream of urban consciousness. City residents complain that migrant workers have worsened traffic and sanitation problems and have threatened to take already scarce urban jobs. They also blame them for the sharp rise in the urban crime rate.

Despite the problems posed by migrants, one thing is certain: a grand, prosperous edifice of the city is based on the work of millions of migrant workers.
